    Focus on building the major muscle groups first. You can do this by focusing your training on your upper chest, your upper back and your shoulders. This makes your waist look smaller and your body look bigger. Building muscle does not necessarily mean that you will appear ripped. There are a multitude of muscle regimens, and it is up to you to choose before beginning a muscle building program. Consider adding supplements to your diet if you are seeking to have extremely large muscles. Make sure you're getting enough calories.
