    Tcore Plus You can avoid this injury by warming up properly. Before you do any serious lifting, lightly exercise for five to ten minutes, and then do three or four light and intermediate warm-up sets. Try to change your routine. If you aren't excited by your routine, then you will be more reluctant to work out. Change the order in which you do your exercises, and rotate new exercises in and out of your routine.
